This Privacy Policy explains how Executive Scheduling Associates collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through our website, our forms, our communications channels, and our related business activities.
1. Who We Are
Executive Scheduling Associates, Inc. ("Executive Scheduling Associates," "we," "our," or "us") is a scheduling team for financial wholesalers based in Redding, California.
Please also review our Cookie Policy, Terms of Use, SMS Terms and Conditions, and Accessibility Statement. By using our website (the "Site") or providing your information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
2. Notice at Collection
We collect the categories of personal information described in Section 3 for the purposes described in Section 5. We retain that information according to the criteria described in Section 13.
Where advertising and retargeting tools are active on the Site, we share certain identifiers and usage data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California and other state privacy laws, this may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information. You may opt out at any time through our cookie preferences or the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer.
We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information through forms on the Site. A link to this Policy is provided at or above the submit button on every form.

3c. Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from referral partners, social media platforms when you interact with our pages or advertisements, review platforms, and publicly available sources.
4. Tools and Services We May Use
The Site is built and operated using a number of third-party tools and services. The specific tools in use change from time to time as we improve the Site. This section describes the categories of tools we may use and what each does with your information. Each provider processes data independently in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Website platform and hosting
The Site is hosted on a third-party website platform, which sets cookies that allow the Site to function securely and provides us with basic visitor statistics such as how many people visit and which pages they view. The platform also includes error monitoring that records technical details when something on the Site breaks, including IP address and browser information, so that faults can be diagnosed. The platform processes this information as a service provider on our behalf.
Website analytics
We may use website analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with the Site. These services collect your IP address and device and browser identifiers, along with information about the pages you view and how you navigate. Where Google Analytics is in use, that data is transmitted to Google, which processes it as our service provider. Analytics cookies load only after you allow them. You may also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
Advertising and retargeting
We may use advertising and retargeting tools provided by advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn. These tools collect device and browser identifiers and on-site activity and transmit that data to the advertising platform. They allow us to measure the performance of our advertising and to show our advertisements to people who have previously visited the Site. Advertising cookies load only after you allow them. See Section 6 for more detail and for how to opt out.
Forms, contact, and customer records
Information you submit through forms on the Site is delivered to us by email and may also be stored in a customer relationship management or marketing platform so that we can respond to you, keep a record of our correspondence, and manage our relationship with you. These platforms process that information as service providers on our behalf.
Email and newsletters
If you subscribe to our email list or opt in to receive marketing emails, your contact details are stored in an email marketing platform that sends those messages on our behalf. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Chat and messaging
The Site may include a chat or messaging widget operated by a third-party provider. If you interact with the widget, the provider may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your messages, processed as a service provider on our behalf.
Our chat may use automated technology to generate responses to common questions. Conversations may be reviewed by our team and may be used to improve the accuracy of those responses. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat. You may ask to speak with a person at any time.
Appointment scheduling
Appointment booking may be handled on a separate scheduling platform. Where booking takes place on a separate website, you leave our Site and that provider’s privacy notice applies to the information you enter there. We receive your name, contact details, the service and time you selected, and any notes you provided, and we handle that information as described in this Policy.
Payments
Payments may be processed on a separate platform operated by a third-party payment provider. Where payment takes place on a separate website, you leave our Site and that provider’s privacy notice applies. We never receive or store your full payment card number.
Spam protection
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which distinguishes real visitors from automated bots. It runs invisibly and does not require you to complete a challenge. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. This use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA is necessary for the security of our forms.
Embedded content
Pages on the Site may embed content from third parties, such as maps, video players, calendars, review feeds, and social media posts. When a page containing embedded content loads, the provider may receive your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policies.
Accessibility tool
The Site may include a third-party accessibility widget that lets you adjust display settings such as text size and contrast. Where present, it may store your display preferences on your device. See our Accessibility Statement for more about this tool and its limits.
Consent applies to all of the above. Cookies and scripts that are not essential for the Site to function are blocked until you give permission through our cookie banner. If we add or change a tool, it remains subject to the same permission requirement, and we update this Policy and our Cookie Policy accordingly.

- Measure advertising effectiveness. Understand how many visitors took action after seeing an advertisement.
- Retarget. Show our advertisements to people who have previously visited the Site when they use other platforms or browse other websites.
- Build similar audiences. Ask advertising partners to identify and show advertisements to people who share characteristics with our existing Site visitors.
These activities involve disclosing personal information, such as device identifiers, to our advertising partners. Under California and other state privacy laws, this may be considered a "sale" or a "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How to opt out. Use our cookie preferences or the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the Site footer. Both work whether or not advertising tools are currently active. You may also opt out directly through each advertising platform’s own settings, including Meta Ad Preferences, Google Ad Settings, and LinkedIn’s advertising settings.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Where advertising cookies and pixels are active, our use of them to deliver and measure advertising may be considered a "sale" or a "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and other state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time as described in Section 6.

We share personal information with vendors who help us operate the Site and deliver services, including:

Business transfers
If Executive Scheduling Associates is acquired by, merges with, or transfers assets to another company, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
De-identified and aggregated data
We may use and share information that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with any individual.
Text message data is excluded from all of the above. Mobile phone numbers and text message opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. All categories of data sharing described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies on the Site. Cookies that are not essential are blocked until you give permission through our cookie banner.
- Essential. Required for the Site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These load automatically and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics or performance. Help us understand Site usage. Loaded only after you allow them.
- Advertising or marketing. Enable retargeting and advertising measurement. Loaded only after you allow them.
- Functional. Support optional Site features such as embedded content, chat, and display preferences. Loaded only after you allow them.
See our Cookie Policy for what each category does and how long those cookies last. You may withdraw or change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link in the Site footer.
9. Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal indicating that you do not want your personal information sold or shared, we treat that signal as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent required by applicable law. You do not need to take any further action.
10. Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Executive Scheduling Associates, you may receive messages related to appointments, service updates, follow-ups, and occasional promotional communications.
Text message consent and mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. All categories of data sharing described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

| Text message opt-in and opt-out records | For the duration of your consent, plus the period needed to evidence that consent under applicable law. |
| Chat transcripts | As set by the retention configuration in our chat platform. |
| Website analytics data | As set by the cookie durations described in our Cookie Policy and the retention configuration of our analytics platform. |
