Our story
The Year Was 2006
Two friends were rearranging a small garage into an office in the Northern California Alpine region known as Mount Shasta.
One was a veteran scheduler serving financial industry professionals. The other was an executive type. The entrepreneurial spirit – that irrepressible belief there is probably a better way – was in full bloom in that car stall as the two moved a splintery old desk into place and launched their dream – Executive Scheduling Associates (ESA).
Fast forward, ESA is now a Florida corporation that employs 120 work-from-home professionals in 13 states.
The company serves 500 salesmen and women representing 50 companies in the U.S. and Canada.
The two founders in that garage scene – Keri Gentry and Mitch Santala – serve as COO and CEO, albeit working at newer desks with fewer splinters.
And what became their dream of finding that better way? Although Keri and Mitch frown on hyperbole in marketing communication like this website, they would tell you the dream has come true.
