Things a Financial Wholesaler Never Wants to Hear from Their Appointment Setter

Updated: Oct 25

If one or more of these has been said to you by your appointment setter, it may be time to find a new one.

Video Transcript:

In every profession, there are words you just don't wanna hear. You never wanna hear your surgeon say, "Oops." As a financial wholesaler, there are words you just never wanna hear your scheduling assistant say.

For example, "I know you want more in-person meetings, but your clients resist.

Have you thought about selling something else, like steak knives?"

How about this one? "I took the liberty to discuss the details of your annuity with one of your clients. Shortly after, a woman named FINRA called, wanting to speak with you."

The next one. "No one seems to care about your new 401(k) product, so I tried to convince them that their car warranty was expiring. That didn't work either."

And finally, "I couldn't get anyone to book appointments for you next week, so I just gave you the week off."

If you have too much-unplanned vacation time, or you're getting return calls for expired car warranties, it may be time for you to search for a new appointment-setting service.
